Our Chinese medicine services

A tailored approach, just for you

I support you with all my experience in Classical Chinese medicine, where each treatment is tailored to your needs, your pace, and your reality.

Chinese medicine services at your disposal

I develop and deepen three specific avenues within Chinese medicine to approach your health as a whole. Each of these supports complementary aspects of the body and mind.

Acupuncture

Reactivating self-healing mechanisms

A medicine that is both preventive and healing, acupuncture awakens the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore itself.

It can help to:

Aesthetic acupuncture

Enhancing the skin, cultivating inner radiance

Facial aesthetic acupuncture is a gentle, gradual approach that revitalizes the skin while bringing a deep sense of well-being.

It is useful to:

Tuina Massage

A deep and targeted therapeutic massage

Tuina is a needle-free therapeutic massage derived from Chinese medicine. It combines pressure, mobilizations, and specific techniques along the meridians to stimulate the flow of vital energy (Qi) and release blockages and tensions.

Recommended among others for:

Being gently guided by Chinese medicine

Step by step through a Chinese medicine care

Each session includes a time to talk, an energy assessment, and a personalized treatment.

Duration: 1 hour

First visit: 1h30, with an in-depth energy assessment

First visit

Listening, assessment, and first treatment

First of all, everything begins with this essential first meeting, which lays the foundation for a care plan tailored to you. It includes an energetic assessment according to Chinese medicine, as well as an initial treatment.

Afterwards, we’ll take time to discuss the prognosis, the recommended follow-up, and the pace that suits you best.

Follow-ups

Evolution, adjustment, and continuity

Each follow-up session allows us to reflect on how you've been feeling and how things have evolved since our last meeting. From there, the treatment is adjusted according to your needs in the moment.

Depending on the nature of the imbalance, sessions may be spaced closer together or further apart. Once balance is restored, seasonal visits help deepen and sustain the benefits.

Be it an acupuncture or Tuina massage

What to expect from a session in Chinese medicine

01.

Booking your appointment

The easiest way to book is online. You’ll then receive a confirmation email. It’s important to read it carefully, as it contains helpful information and important instructions.

If it’s your first time coming in, the email will also include an intake form to fill out before the session. This helps me welcome you more fully — without cutting into our treatment time.

02.

Follow-up and clinical assessment

We take time to check in with what you’re experiencing and the reasons for your visit. In other words, everything you’re feeling is relevant — and welcomed with full attention.

I’ll take your pulse, and if needed, gently palpate certain areas or meridians for examination. When appropriate, I may also offer guidance on diet or lifestyle.

03.

The treatment

You’ll be invited to lie down, and I’ll make sure you’re comfortable.

Your treatment may include acupuncture needles, cupping, Gua Sha, moxibustion, or Tuina massage. In all cases, the goal remains the same: to mobilize your body’s natural resources to restore balance and nourish your vitality.

That depends on your situation: the nature of the issue, how long it’s been present, your lifestyle, age, and constitution...

Sometimes, just a few sessions are enough. Other times, a more regular follow-up is recommended. We’ll discuss it together during our first meeting and adjust as we go, based on how things evolve.
