The person behind the practice
Carolanne Champagne, Ac.
Carolanne Champagne, practitioner of ancient wisdom
I help people (re)connect with their well-being through Chinese medicine.

What moves me
I’m Carolanne. Yes, I’m an acupuncturist — but above all, a deeply curious soul drawn to the invisible threads that connect humans to nature.
What moves me is the deep desire to create spaces of care where we can simply pause, de sorte que l’on retrouve du sens et de la lenteur dans un monde souvent trop rapide.
I’m a calm person, deeply moved by stories of transformation.
The treatment care that resonates with me
I also support many people who are dealing with pain or simply seeking to feel better in their day-to-day lives.
Emotional balance
Stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
Hormonal cycles
Painful or irregular periods, emotional fluctuations, heavy or light flow, perimenopause, and more.
Burnout and fatigue
Chronic tiredness, burnout, low motivation, mental and physical overload, and more.
Facial rejuvenation
Facial scars, skin sagging, dehydration, enlarged pores, dull complexion, etc.
My path to acupuncture
By the way, even before becoming an acupuncturist, I had already been practicing Qigong and Bagua Zhang— two disciplines that allowed me to truly experience Chinese medicine in my own body.
What I believe in
- That health is something we nurture, day by day.
- That each of us carries within the power to transform.
- And above all, I believe everything begins with sincere listening and a compassionate presence.
My mission
Sustainable health
Supporting you — day by day — in living a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and full of vitality.
For me, health is a state of overall well-being encompassing the physical, mental, and especially emotional. Through the holistic approach of Chinese medicine, I help you nurture this balance and maintain it sustainably, throughout every stages of life.
Tailor-made care for everyone
Holistic care, fully tailored to each treatment
Since the beginning of my practice in 2021, I’ve enriched my treatments with techniques like Tuina (gentle form of energetic bodywork) as well as Chinese craniosacral therapyBoth methods aim to release tension deeply, whether it’s physical or emotional.
Since 2024, my acupuncture practice has been rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine (not to be confused with Traditional Chinese Medicine!). Grounded in Taoist principles and ancient medical texts, this approach is not only more holistic, but also more complete. It places emphasis on individualized care — taking into account the full picture of your well-being: physical, emotional, and energetic.
I support my patients in returning to balance, gaining clarity, and reconnecting with a deeper sense of alignment. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully adjusted, because I believe your body is always evolving — and your needs deserve to be revisited with care.
